One of the greatest challenges of our lives is facing illness and death. In the climate of the global pandemic, we face not only illness itself but the fear and stress that accompany it. Pema Khandro Rinpoche will offer a class on Transforming Fear in Illness and Dying. This is an open (public) teaching. It will focus on the Tibetan Buddhist views of working with the mind when we lose control of the body.
