Transforming Fear When Loved Ones are Dying

A Webcast to Support Your Resilience

With Pema Khandro

One of the greatest challenges of our lives is facing illness and death. In the climate of the global pandemic, we face not only illness itself but the fear and stress that accompany it. Pema Khandro Rinpoche will offer a class on Transforming Fear When Loved Ones are Dying. This is an open (public) teaching. It will focus on the Tibetan Buddhist views of working with the mind when we lose control of the body.

Some more details: Our online system does not handle last minute sign ups very well so if you are attending please do register in advance. This class is offered by donation. It is part of a four class series on transforming fear. The first part of the class is a teaching with Pema Khandro and the second part of the class is a lecture with Yogic Medicine Institute faculty. It also includes a check in, to build connection and support for our friends worldwide who will attend live. The recordings of these events will be available at a later date in our members library. Thank you and stay healthy!
